All seven home weekend baseball series’ during the 2014 “Tip You Cap To Packard” season are dedicated to honoring a different decade or aspect of Packard Stadium and Sun Devil Baseball’s storied legacy.

As part of the season-long celebration, we are recognizing season-ticket holders whose support through the years has played an integral role in the long-standing success of the program.

Congratulations to this weekend’s Sun Devil Baseball Legacy Supporter, Ed “Fast Eddie” Sandidge.

"Fast Eddie" has been a season ticket holder since 1978 and is a proud Sun Devil Club member.

Thanks for your years of support!

Below is a picture of the RV “Fast Eddie” took to the College World Series in Omaha in 1977. If you look closely, you can see all six of the Devils’ games that June outlined on the side as ASU. The Devils won five of their six games at the CWS en route to the program’s fourth national championship.
