Earlier in the week thesundevils.com featured an article on former Sun Devil baseball player Marty Barrett . On Friday, Barrett was inducted into the Red Sox Hall of Fame. Check out this video interview following his Hall of Fame Enshrinement.
And speaking of ASU baseball, head Coach Tim Esmay is taking part in the homeplateproject.com. Esmay was tasked with decorating a home plate to reflect his personality and his role at ASU. His completed plate, along with many other local celebrities art projects are up for bid here. Proceeds benefit the homeless with transitional housing.
